About FamSport
FamSport is operated by Titulos Sublimes, Lda., R. Figueira da Foz 48, 3090-495 Paião, Portugal. These Terms govern your access to and use of the FamSport platform.
Using FamSport
FamSport connects football professionals with clubs and recruiters. You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure and use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
Profiles, jobs and applications
Candidates are responsible for the information and documents submitted in their profiles and applications. Recruiters and clubs are responsible for the accuracy, legality and suitability of their opportunities. A quick job post can be made without an account, but access to platform management and data requires a registered recruiter account.
Acceptable use
You must not use FamSport to publish unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or infringing content; gain unauthorised access to accounts or data; upload malicious files; or interfere with the platform. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that breach these Terms or create a security risk.
Platform availability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may improve, update or suspend parts of the service when necessary.
Liability
FamSport provides a platform for recruitment and does not guarantee the outcome of an application, recruitment process or professional relationship. To the extent permitted by law, FamSport is not responsible for decisions, communications or content provided by candidates, clubs or recruiters.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply to you.
